Postage & Terms

Free delivery on all UK orders over £35.00!  All orders placed in the UK under £30.00 are standard £3.25

 

All orders are sent using Royal Mail 1st class, unless otherwise specified.  If you need anything posted by Special delivery, please contact me for details.

Please allow extra time for certain items to be dispatched, as every piece is handmade to order.

Cheques are also accepted, orders usually dispatched once cheque has cleared, can take up to two weeks.(contact me for details). 

Custom Designs

I can design any item for you, with the requirement you would like. If you want something for that special person and to suit your personal needs,  please feel free to contact me.

Orders made to specification, will take longer, as extra time and care is needed.( one to two weeks approx)

If you simply need a design for a special occasion, present etc and cant wait, then please contact me and I will most certainly do my best to get it to you in time.

International orders

International orders are most welcome, please select country for postage prices at my online shop. International recipients are responsible for local taxes and customs fees and are also responsible for any return fees if a package is refused.  Please allow up to 15 working days for delivery .

Refunds

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, please do not hesitate to contact me for returns details within 7 days of receipt.

Refunds are given to items returned in their original packaging, minus postage.  The cost of return postage is entirely the responsibility of the customer.

custom designs are not refunded or partially refunded.   This is because every custom design is a personal requirement.

Earrings can not be refunded due to hygiene reasons.

Please contact me regarding any damages, or incorrect items within 7 days of receipt

jewellery care

Silver jewellery and gold plated wire will tarnish with time and wear. It is good to polish it frequently with a soft dry cloth to avoid tarnish.

Also I  recommend you protect your silver and gold jewellery by keeping it in the box and organza bag provided with your jewellery and storing it in a dry, cool place and keeping individual pieces separate to avoid scratching.

To bring back sparkle from gemstones use warm water, washing up liquid and a soft small brush, take care not to scratch the silver or gold metal and rinse thoroughly.

Avoid contact with perfume, chemicals,deodorant etc.

To keep the condition of your jewellery looking new, always remove when showering, swimming or when undertaking manual or domestic work

Free! pretty gift box or organza bag comes with every item of handmade jewellery and is carefully wrapped in padded paper to prevent breakages.
