Refunds
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, please do not hesitate to contact me, however refunds are only given to items which are damaged on receipt.I do not accept returns except for damaged goods, as every item is made to order and custom designs are designed to a personal requirement.
Earrings can not be refunded due to hygiene reasons.

Jewellery Care
Silver jewellery and gold plated wire will tarnish with time and wear. It is good to polish it frequently with a soft dry cloth to avoid tarnish.
Also I recommend you protect your silver and gold jewellery by keeping it in the box and organza bag provided with your jewellery and storing it in a dry, cool place and keeping individual pieces separate to avoid scratching.
To bring back sparkle from gemstones use warm water, washing up liquid and a soft small brush, take care not to scratch the silver or gold metal and rinse thoroughly.
Avoid contact with perfume, chemicals,deodorant etc.
To keep the condition of your jewellery looking new, always remove when showering, swimming or when undertaking manual or domestic work
