POSTAGE
Add any items to your shopping basket stating the correct size, colour, style and country using paypal. It's easy and quick to set up and takes seconds. You can also pay usng all major credit cards
All orders are sent using Royal Mail 1st class. Please allow extra time for items to be dispatched, as every piece is handmade to order.
Orders made to specification, will take longer, as extra time and care is needed.( one to two weeks approx.)
All orders placed in the UK are a standard £3.00 Orders over £75.00 are free postage!
Cheques are also accepted, orders usually dispatched once cheque has cleared, can take up to two weeks.

International recipients are responsible for local taxes and customs fees and are also responsible for any return fees if a package is refused.
REFUNDS
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, please do not hesitate to contact me for returns details. Earrings can not be refunded due to hygiene reasons.
Refunds are given to all other items, minus postage and packaging.
Please contact me regarding any damages, or incorrect items within 10 days of purchase.
JEWELLERY CARE
Silver and gold plated wire will tarnish with time and wear. It is good to polish it frequently with a soft dry cloth to avoid tarnish.
Also I recommend you protect your silver and gold jewellery by keeping it in the box and organza bag provided with you jewellery and storing it in a dry, cool place and keeping individual pieces separate to avoid scratching.
To bring back sparkle from gemstones use warm water, washing up liquid and a soft small brush, take care not to scratch the silver or gold metal and rinse thoroughly.
Avoid contact with perfume, chemicals,deodorant etc.
To keep the condition of your jewellery looking new, always remove when showering, swimming or when undertaking manual or domestic work
